Order Changes

If you reconsider your purchase and no longer wish to keep the item, please contact us at whimsytribe.vip@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order.

If you need to adjust your design, notify us within 2 hours of ordering.

For changes to your shipping address, please email us within 48 hours.

Important Notes:

  • After the specified time window, orders are locked and cannot be changed or canceled.
  • Orders requiring design modifications may take longer to process, which may affect delivery times.

30-Day Full Refund / Replacement Policy

Our 30-day full refund or replacement policy applies in the following situations:

  • Defective items: Damaged, broken, or not functioning properly.
  • Incorrect items: The product received differs in size, color, or customization.
  • Significant discrepancies: The item differs substantially from the description or sample.

For issues outside of these categories, only partial refunds are available (shipping fees are excluded).

Situations Not Covered

  • Requests made after the 30-day policy period.
  • Changing your mind or no longer wanting the item.
  • Requests to modify size, color, or customization of the received item.
  • Selecting the wrong size, product, address, or customization details.
  • Damage caused by improper use, mishandling, or inadequate maintenance.
  • Claims of lost or missing parcels where the courier provides valid delivery proof.
  • Replacement shipping costs due to incorrect address, phone number, or similar issues must be paid by the customer. The additional cost depends on the purchased item.

Return Policy

All items are made-to-order, printed or created specifically based on your customization details. For this reason, in many cases, our policy is “No Need to Return” — you are not required to send the item back when requesting a refund or replacement.

Please provide clear details and photos of the received item, and our team at whimsytribe will review your case and resolve it individually.
